She was a SAINT!
We were so grateful for the incredible patience of the hygienist who worked with my son and daughter today. As my frustration continued to rise with their discomfort, and therefore lack of compliance, she graciously and enthusiastically took all the time we needed to make them feel safe and comfortable during their experience. Thank you SO much! Going to Juneau Pediatric Dentistry is like taking my kids to a theme park with toys, treasure boxes, games and a wonderful caring staff. Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!

Patience with Nervous Patients
Today’s visit was wonderful. The staff is so patient and not pushy with young children and their finicky sense of comfort. My almost three-year-old usually is NOT happy to be there, but today she made it through much of the exam. Once we hit her stopping point, there was no pressure to continue. I really value the flexibility (and lack of judgment!) of each person at JPD.

Lovely Experience
Dr. Blanco and her staff (we had Rhawni today) are all just wonderful. We had a great visit and the kiddos were very happy and excited to be there. Can’t ask more from a dentist visit. Dr. Blanco is very informative about the care of young kids teeth and we are very thankful to have her in Juneau.

Dr. Jesse ROCKS!
Hand down, BEST PEDIATRIC DENTIST EVER! Dr. Jessy & her staff are SO amazing! My kids love going to see her, and we are going to miss them all so much when we move! If you are on the fence about finding a dentist for your child, please look no further. You will not have a single regret. ❤

Great Visit!!!!
Visit to the dentist went great! The staff were very helpful and friendly making her feel comfortable. I’m glad I took my daughter to Dr. Blanco. The front desk staff was welcoming and were very knowledgeable about how my dental coverage would apply to help cover the expenses and a breakdown of the cost. No surprises!

Absolutely the best dental staff ever!!
Tawny and Dr. Blanco were amazing. Our son was super anxious and they were patient, kind and thorough. We had a successful visit and have a clear care plan. I highly recommend this office for your child’s dental needs.

Awesome Visit!
Can’t say enough good about the practice. My 5 year had a root canal and he was well informed before during and after the procedure. So good he didn’t feel anything at any time and looks forward to coming back and seeing doctor Jessy again. You ladies ROCK Thank you!

Our 3 year old needed a bit of work and Dr. Jesse calmed my fears and explained in great dental detail on exactly how and what they would do for everything needed. Awesome staff, they were great with my daughter, easy to get to location and wonderful office.

Dr. Blanco and her staff are very patient…
Dr. Blanco and her staff are very patient and kind. They took their time to explain to my kids what they were doing and what the utensils were for. Plus listened to with any of my concerns and explained what may be happening with their teeth. I brought 2 of my 3 boys in for cleanings, one being 3 and the other 6 years old. We were in and out very quickly. Great experience.

Amazing!
While I waited you had an iPad to entertain me. You had kid friendly dentist books to prep and educate me about my upcoming visit! You had coffee for my mommy! You had dinosaur stuffies for me to practice my tooth brushing skills! Thanks for my new toothbrush for me and baby sister! You made my experience great from start to treasure box! I can’t wait to see you in six months for my next check-up!

Future Dentist
♡ Recently my daughter had an extraction with Dr. Blanco. My daughter walked out when it was over and told me, when she grows up she wants to be a Dentist! Juneau Pediatric Dentistry is truly a unique place, so much more than just your normal dentist office. I went in a nervous, first-time Mom, knowing there would be bad news, and left with my gal smiling & both of us looking forward to our next visit! Dr. Blanco & her staff go out of their way to make your kiddo feel comfortable, and it shows that they truly do care!! Double thumbs up!!

Juneau Pediatric Dentistry
Juneau Pediatric Dentistry came to Ketchikan to Dr Albertson’s Office and I am so thrilled with their service!! My little munchkin had to have a molar removed and she not only had no pain, the whole experience was phenomenal! They are super kid friendly, nice, super positive and talked in a way that the littles can understand and have fun! I was so impressed with Dr. Blanco and her whole team!! The customer service is also top notch, which goes a long way!! My munchkin was able to stay awake during the process using “laughing gas” and even watched Paw Patrol the whole time. 5 stars for excellent service and quality. Thank you ladies for treating my daughter and making this a super pleasant experience!! I highly recommend Juneau Pediatric Dentistry!

Outstanding Service!
My children are 3 & 6, and to date have only had a couple dental appointments. I was a little worried my youngest wouldn’t cooperate, but everything went amazingly well! The staff were very friendly towards the kids and were very good at communicating the procedures and making the kids feel at ease. Of course, it helped that there were iPads in the lobby and in the exam rooms for the kids to play with, and even cartoons playing on the ceiling to distract the kids while they were in the chair. After the exams (no cavities, yay!) the children were awarded prizes and everyone left very satisfied. I definitely recommend Juneau Pediatric Dentistry!

Who says the dentist can’t be fun?
My two year old’s appointment went so smoothly. It helped that her big sister got to go first, and then be the “assistant” when it was her little sister’s turn. They had so much fun!

So Impressed!
Our first visit was a hit! My son was so thrilled to see a big Spiderman blanket waiting for him on the chair in the exam room and both the nurse and Dr Blanco were so sweet and welcoming. He settled right in and was made to feel comfortable right away. I love how Dr. Blanco explained to him what each tool was and how she would use it. She talks to kids and not at them – that makes all the difference. As a mom, you’re always anxious about how your kid will behave or how he/she will be treated. Knowing they are there for your kids and take the time to make them comfortable is so refreshing. Dr. Blanco and her staff are so kind and really handled our visit with so much care and patience. Thank you so much for making his first visit such a success! We left and he told me he wants to go back 🙂
